RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you change your mind, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the product remains in its original, sealed condition.

THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE RETURNED IF:

  • The safety seal is broken or tampered with.

  • The original packaging is damaged or missing.

  • The product has been used or partially consumed.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice) is missing.

Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Our standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days. If this time has passed, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number, and our team will track it for you immediately.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Delivery is available on all business days except Fridays and official public holidays. Any order placed during a holiday will be processed on the first following business day.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Currently, delivery takes 2 to 5 days to ensure the safety and quality of your package during transit. We work hard to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Since we offer Cash on Delivery, someone must be present at the address to receive the package and pay the courier. You will receive a phone call from the representative before arrival to coordinate.
